Key Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives for delivering high-quality software that is maintainable and monitored.

• Identify and iterate engineering processes that enhance team performance.

• Collaborate with various teams including Product, UX, QA, Operations, and Data Science.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading engineers in a software development environment.
• Software engineering background to drive technical decisions and engage with engineers.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and working on frontend initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering sophisticated user-facing experiences on time.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships across ranks.
• Passion for problem-solving, managing risk, and facilitating collaborative decision-making.
