GTM Finance Sr. Analyst @Fivetran

Overview

The role involves joining Fivetran as a Senior Analyst on the GTM Finance team, contributing to revenue strategy by delivering insights that influence executive decisions and by optimizing sales-led go-to-market motions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales capacity models for making decisions on headcount, productivity, and quota.
• Analyze and support revenue planning for the existing customer base, including renewals and churn.
• Manage headcount forecast and budget planning in collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Evaluate the return on sales investments by analyzing various financial metrics.
• Support quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Prepare variance analysis and performance narratives for leadership.
• Work closely with various teams to improve data quality and deliver decision support.
• Develop analyses and presentations communicating performance and recommended actions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and revenue forecasting.
• Expert-level Excel modeling skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker).
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to take action.
