GTM Strategy & Operations Lead @Affirm

Overview

The GTM Strategy & Operations Lead will manage go-to-market strategies for products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market for a product line or segment, including rollout design, enablement, and adoption target.
• Transform inputs from stakeholders into a coherent GTM strategy and monitor adoption against goals.
• Align various perspectives on launches, including executive insights and customer value propositions.
• Develop and maintain materials, processes, and playbooks for field operations.
• Gather insights from field experiences and provide recommendations for Product Marketing.
• Analyze performance data to identify launch stalls and flag risks early.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue, or sales operations, preferably in FinTech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing go-to-market motions or product lines from rollout to adoption.
• Ability to create solutions from vague instructions that resonate with stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, PMM, and Sales.
• Strong analytical skills to utilize data in decision-making.
• Effective writing and speaking skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work efficiently.
• Familiarity with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems is essential.
