    Overview

    Hawk is the leading provider of AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology. The company is looking for a Head of Demand Generation to manage a data-driven demand program that delivers pipeline and revenue goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the demand generation strategy and set targets for MQLs/SQLs/pipeline by channel, ensuring accountability for delivering those goals.
    • Build and lead a multi-channel demand plan, coordinating efforts across ABM, digital, events/webinars, partner marketing, and BDRs.
    • Collaborate with the Content and Product Marketing teams on quarterly strategy plans and execute campaign activities weekly.
    • Manage and develop a team of marketing specialists, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.
    • Be hands-on with aspects of the demand gen program and participate in on-site events as needed.
    • Partner with Sales on lead handoff, scoring, SLAs, and follow-up processes.
    • Manage the demand gen budget, allocate spend based on channel performance, and report ROI to the executive team.
    • Build a culture of testing, implementing structured experiments to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
    • Work with Marketing Ops to ensure the effective use of relevant martech stack integrated with CRM.
    • Continuously track broader B2B demand gen trends and implement innovative strategies.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years in B2B demand generation with proven success in meeting pipeline and revenue targets.
    • 3+ years of people management experience with success in developing specialists.
    • Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in financial crime and compliance or cybersecurity.
    • Hands-on experience with ABM, paid and organic digital marketing, events, and partner marketing.
    • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with Marketing teams and prioritize pipeline quality and revenue outcomes.
    • A proven record of developing scalable systems and processes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
    • Strong budget management and prioritization skills with a data-driven approach to spending decisions.
