Mercury is a fintech company building a complete financial stack for businesses. The Head of Revenue Technology & Architecture will lead the strategy and execution of systems that support the revenue organization across Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for systems, workflows, and processes that support Mercury's revenue organization.
• Design and ship solutions quickly, focusing on iterative improvements.
• Rebuild the revenue stack with an AI-first approach.
• Be a hands-on builder, actively shaping and designing solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of admins, engineers, and architects.
• Deliver value on existing foundations while improving those systems over time.
• Develop stakeholder relationships to build consensus and drive impact.

Requirements

• 15+ years in revenue systems or architecture in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years in team management.
• Experience in a product-led company with revenue operations.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI in GTM systems.
• Salesforce fluency is beneficial but not required.
• Proven change leadership and strong communication skills.
