Implementation Consultant I, Commercial @Brex

Overview

The Implementation Consultant I role at Brex is designed to support small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey, helping them utilize Brex Empower effectively. This position focuses on combining customer empathy with project management and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, managing agendas, capturing notes, tracking action items, and setting clear expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support customers in understanding their business needs and configuring Brex to address them.
• Manage straightforward stakeholder communication and assist with timelines and deliverables to keep implementations on track.
• Assist with spend migrations and end user adoption during deployment, ensuring customers are prepared for go-live.
• Introduce integration concepts to customers and provide relevant guides for connecting Brex with external systems.
• Coordinate handoffs between Account Executives/Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Managers with basic documentation to ensure continuity.
• Deliver standard change management templates and lead training sessions with supervision.
• Collaborate within the Implementation team and contribute feedback on the client experience for process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS organization or a consulting firm.
• Some exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort in working across technical and non-technical workstreams.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency in task completion.
• Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally to resolve issues.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $80,800 - $101,000 CAD depending on various factors. Additionally, employees enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment with up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.

Location

This role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
