Fin is an AI Customer Agent company dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through advanced technology. The role of IT Systems Engineer focuses on evolving IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on automation, identity and access management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and solve team, organizational, and business automation and integration problems.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient automations and integrations to improve identity & access management, security, and compliance.
• Participate in high-impact projects to integrate and evolve corporate IT infrastructure, emphasizing infrastructure-as-code.
• Promote automation and AI adoption by enabling education to eliminate friction and improve sustainability.
• Engage with cutting-edge AI tools and test new features/products for organizational optimization.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and engineering teams on IT incident response.
• Drive impact across the organization in line with company values.
• Integrate AI tools and manage automated no-code infrastructure using applications like Tines and Workato.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passion for systems and automation with a desire to develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of high-level programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl).
• Experience building and operating systems in cloud environments (AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms and enterprise email deliverability is a plus.
• Experience with scalable integrations, particularly with billing and ERP systems like Netsuite is favorable.
