IT Systems Engineer @Clari + Salesloft

Overview

The IT Systems Engineer at Clari + Salesloft will play a key role in the success of the company by building new systems and solutions that enable employees to work efficiently. This is a hybrid position requiring occasional onsite presence in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Support administration of IAM stack, including Okta (SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning).
• Administer core collaboration and productivity platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Support endpoint management across macOS and Windows using MDM tooling.
• Manage the lifecycle of SaaS applications in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to automation efforts for provisioning, access reviews, and license management.
• Triage and resolve escalated IT issues from the Helpdesk team.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years in IT systems or engineering role with exposure to IAM, endpoint management, or SaaS administration.
• Working knowledge of Okta; experience with Okta Workflows or SCIM is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with macOS, Google Workspace, and Slack administration.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, or equivalent).
• Experience using APIs or no-code tools for automation.
• Good documentation habits and clear communication skills.
• Self-directed and eager to grow; comfort in seeking help.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
