Overview

The Lending Manager at LendingTree will support the legal department with the business licensing function, primarily maintaining the Utah Lending Manager license and ensuring compliance within the regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license.
• Complete the required annual Continuing Education.
• Maintain communication with the legal department.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must not have had a loan originator license revoked in any governmental jurisdiction.
• No felony convictions involving fraud, dishonesty, or breach of trust within the past seven years, or any felony involving money laundering.
• Demonstrate financial responsibility, character, and general fitness for the role.
• Hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator license.
• At least 3 years of active full-time licensed lending experience and a minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages in the past 5 years.
