Overview
The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager at Mozilla will serve as the operational anchor for Firefox Mobile marketing execution. This role is focused on driving acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention through effective lifecycle marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives, including metadata updates and creative experiments.
- Translate approved lifecycle campaign briefs into executable plans and support campaign execution across key user journey moments.
- Support product launches and other priority growth initiatives through coordination and operational follow-through.
- Own shared localization, quality assurance, and operational readiness workflows, addressing blockers and risks proactively.
- Gather and consolidate performance data and operational learnings to support reporting and decision-making.
- Develop scalable processes and AI-assisted workflows to enhance execution consistency and reduce coordination overhead.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Experience in coordinating and executing multi-step marketing programs across various stakeholders and timelines.
- Strong operational judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to create repeatable processes and documentation that enhance execution quality.
