Overview

Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in more than 200 markets. The Manager of Accounting Servicing, Operations will lead a team managing post-live Brex accounts, ensuring accurate payment applications, billing changes, credit reporting, and account closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of servicing specialists, ensuring redundancy and knowledge sharing.
• Set and enforce SLAs, quality standards, and capacity models across diverse workflows.
• Define operational reporting cadences and make staffing decisions based on data.
• Maintain SOPs, QA sampling, and controls for financial adjustments.
• Handle high-dollar and legally sensitive escalations, collaborating with various teams.
• Drive the automation roadmap to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years in financial services or fintech operations, with 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience with billing, payment, or credit operations and related controls.
• Proven track record of process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Data fluency with the ability to analyze and present metrics clearly.
• Strong judgment and communication skills, especially in written form.
• Insight into AI applications in scaled operations.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $119,328 - $149,160, and compensation may include equity and other benefits. There is also flexibility for remote work up to four weeks per year.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week.
