Overview

Figma is looking for a Manager, Talent Products to lead the team focusing on simplifying complex hiring challenges through robust strategies and technology. This role will involve shaping the recruitment experience, employing product thinking, and managing a multidimensional team in a remote capacity within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for global recruiting processes, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while addressing complex challenges.
• Design a standardized end-to-end hiring process focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Translate business priorities and user needs into scalable recruiting programs and product solutions.
• Evolve the recruiting technology ecosystem, making strategic decisions on integration, automation, and simplification.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to enhance productivity and the overall hiring experience.
• Collaborate with various departments, aligning priorities and managing dependencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting, people operations, technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven success in building and scaling global recruiting processes and technology.
• Strong product management skills, including strategy and roadmapping.
• Experience in designing AI-enabled recruiting workflows and knowledge of recruiting systems.
