Overview

Figma is seeking a Manager for Tech & Ecosystem Partnerships to lead a growing team focused on product partnerships. This role involves scaling the impact of partnerships that enhance the product experience and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 Partner Managers while setting clear expectations and supporting performance growth.
• Partner with the Director of Product Partnerships to translate strategies into focused plans and measurable goals.
• Oversee portfolio health, helping prioritize valuable opportunities and guide strategy.
• Build relationships across various departments to align partnership priorities with company goals.
• Define success metrics and deliver updates to Partnerships leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex partner moments.
• Help improve processes and support the evolution of the Product Partnerships organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in partnerships with a focus on product partnerships and 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong strategy definition, prioritization, and execution skills across cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Technical depth with insights into product strategy and execution.
• Ability to address short-term business needs alongside long-term strategic decisions.
