Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and roadmap for Marketing Data Science.
- Establish goals for attribution, ROI, and campaign performance; deliver insights to improve marketing outcomes.
- Lead team’s capabilities in performance marketing, brand marketing, user insights, and reporting.
- Build self-service dashboards and scalable data models.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools to enhance workflows and impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing data science experience, preferably at a media agency or in-house marketing organization.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and familiarity with modeling methods.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, managing stakeholders, and multitasking.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to present data-driven insights effectively.
