Overview

Mercury is a fintech company seeking founders or small technical teams for Product Management and Engineering roles. The company aims to accelerate its AI products and welcomes applications from individuals or teams looking to build innovative solutions in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify essential problems through close customer interaction and decide what to build.
• Automate workflows using Mercury's AI stack, including Command, CLI, and MCP.
• Deliver products quickly with understanding, iteration, and deployment.
• Measure the impact of your work and adapt based on results.
• Collaborate as an autonomous team: define targets, ship products, and own the outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping a product, tool, company, or an open-source project.
• Ability to work across the stack, with PMs capable of prototyping and engineers with product insight.
• Strong opinions on AI products and the ability to make quick judgments on their effectiveness.
• Hands-on experience building AI products; knowledge of RAG, evals, and agent harnesses is a plus.
• Fast-paced work mentality with a focus on measuring results.
• Strong communication and ownership of outcomes to achieve real customer impact.
