Overview

1Password is seeking a Partner Alliance Analyst for a remote position in the United States and Canada. The role supports partner-led sales motions, reporting, and operational execution across various alliance programs, focusing on improving data accuracy and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of AWS offers, renewals, amendments, and related transactions.
• Coordinate incoming AWS opportunities from creation through closure.
• Research target accounts and support account mapping, segmentation, and sizing.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on Marketplace activity and partner engagement.
• Work with RevOps to ensure accurate reporting in Salesforce for alliance activities.
• Track partner engagement, support events and campaigns, and measure activation impact.
• Document and improve repeatable alliance processes, focusing on automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in an analyst, operations, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and reports.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM reporting.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and sales models.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage projects with general supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Preferred experience supporting partner programs and business intelligence tools.
