People Business Partner, GTM (Customer Experience, Implementation & Sales Development) @Brex

Overview

Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in more than 200 markets. This role focuses on the position of People Business Partner for the GTM (Customer Experience, Implementation & Sales Development) team, where the individual acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in navigating workforce planning and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and managers across Customer Experience, Implementation, and Sales Development.
• Drive a culture of high performance through coaching on expectations, feedback, and performance management.
• Use data and org health metrics to identify trends and recommend interventions to GTM leadership.
• Lead org design discussions to ensure alignment with business strategy and growth targets.
• Partner with Employee Relations on sensitive employee matters.
• Support bi-annual promotion and performance calibration cycles.
• Drive cross-functional People projects in partnership with other People Business Partners.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in People Business Partner, Employee Relations, or similar roles.
• Experience advising senior leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Strong understanding of performance management in high-performance cultures.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Comfort with using data for decision making.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $144,640 - $180,800, dependent on location, skills, and experience. Equity and other compensation may be included in the total compensation package.

Location

This role is hybrid, based in the United States, with a minimum of three days in the San Francisco office per week and up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.
