People Programs Lead @Brex

Overview

Brex is an intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster. The People Programs Lead will oversee employee onboarding and enhance the employee experience within the company's hybrid work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global onboarding cohorts, ensuring an exceptional new hire experience from preboarding to the first 90 days.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Workplace, Recruiting) to optimize the onboarding program.
• Deliver quarterly performance recaps and proposals to improve program efficacy using new hire surveys and analytics.
• Maintain mentorship initiatives by tracking feedback and documentation for long-term engagement.
• Support various projects within the talent management portfolio, including employee engagement and performance programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program management experience in Talent Management, People Operations, or Learning & Development.
• Strong communication skills with experience in facilitating engaging sessions both in-person and remotely.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and resolve operational scenarios independently.
• Proficiency in data analysis for validating program health and informing improvements.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a history of driving initiatives independently.

Benefits

Compensation includes a salary range of $103,000 - $128,000, with opportunities for equity and additional forms of compensation.

Location

This role is hybrid with a minimum of three coordinated days in the New York office per week, along with the option for up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.
