Overview

1Password is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Mid Market segment in the financial services industry. This remote field-based position focuses on building strategic relationships and expanding 1Password’s customer base among organizations with 500-2,500 employees, primarily within Fortune 1000 companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a strategic commercial territory focusing on existing and new accounts.
• Develop relationships with executives and key decision-makers, including CISOs and CIOs.
• Engage with clients to understand their security needs and build strategic cases for Unified Access.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiations.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance customer engagement and ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies.
• 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas of $1.5M+.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior IT and security leaders.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in engaging multiple stakeholders and leading complex sales cycles.
