Overview
The Principal Program Manager, Go-To-Market at GitLab is responsible for leading high-stakes product launches and program management initiatives related to Product and Technical Marketing. Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage high-stakes minor and major product launches.
- Oversee program management for initiatives involving Product Management, Product Design, and various marketing functions.
- Convert manual workflows into AI-driven processes to improve efficiency.
- Institutionalize scalable launch frameworks for numerous launches each year.
- Build AI workflows to optimize processes and reduce manual coordination.
- Measure success based on pipeline impact and brand engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive solutions and manage project dependencies.
- Run retrospectives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in program management for go-to-market initiatives in the high-tech industry.
- Proven experience with multi-stakeholder and cross-functional projects.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and automations.
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently without compromising quality.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with executives and senior leaders.
- Proficiency in project tools and AI automation capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
