    Overview

    Docker is launching a Professional Services organization to accelerate customer success, reduce time-to-value, and drive enterprise adoption for agentic workloads. As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in building and scaling this function, working with senior leadership across various departments while serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and scale the Professional Services practice by developing reference architecture patterns for Docker's core use cases.
    • Translate reference architectures into customer-facing technical collateral and success patterns to improve delivery consistency.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue teams to align services with Docker's AI platform roadmap.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers on adopting modern patterns for containerization and AI workflows.
    • Lead technical discovery and architecture engagements for enterprise integration.
    • Drive alignment and decision-making across multiple stakeholders and teams.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years as a Professional Services Solution Architect or similar role at a SaaS company or consulting firm.
    • Experience with self-hosted and air-gapped deployment architectures.
    • Enterprise integration experience across Identity Providers and federated identity protocols.
    • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application to agentic AI toolchains.
    • Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows and Docker's AI platform roadmap.
    • Deep understanding of container and software supply chain security.
    • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Recognition by enterprise customers as a strategic technical advisor.
