Overview
Ferocia is the digital division of Bendigo Bank, focusing on building better financial experiences for Australians. The role involves working as a Product Manager to develop tools to combat financial crimes for both Up and Bendigo Bank brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Define requirements for solutions that are well-received by users.
- Provide insights to guide product roadmaps and propose innovative features.
- Communicate effectively within the project team and management at multiple levels.
- Document ROI or impact for actions, features, or prioritization decisions.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement prioritized features and enhancements.
- Identify and coordinate dependencies among various programs and products.
- Ensure product features comply with risk, compliance, and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain timelines to communicate delivery goals.
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements to product development processes.
- Prepare staff and customers to support and use the products being developed.
- Present to senior leadership teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering projects with engineering teams.
- Passion for pushing limits and a desire to learn and expand skills.
- Ability to track progress and report on project effectiveness.
- Capable of understanding customer and business needs.
- Independence in managing priorities and completing tasks autonomously.
- Experience in financial crimes is a plus, but the ability to learn quickly is essential.
