Overview

Instacart is transforming the grocery industry by providing essential grocery delivery services. They are currently seeking a Retail Partner Manager to manage relationships with retailers on their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch new partners and manage relationships with existing Instacart retail partners.
• Develop strategic plans to meet retail partners’ needs.
• Guide implementation of strategic plans with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Lead the launch process for new partners, overseeing catalog setup, marketing, PR, and operations.
• Perform data analysis to drive business insights and scalable growth strategies.
• Establish processes and reporting to streamline operations and enhance retailer relationships.
• Engage, educate, collaborate, and solve problems with external partners.

Requirements

• 5-7 years account management experience; MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex issues.
• Experience with large data sets and extracting business insights.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid stakeholder management skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solver with strong project management skills.

Benefits

Instacart provides market-competitive compensation and benefits for employees, including a new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants. For Canadian candidates, the base pay ranges from $158,000 to $166,500 CAD.

Location

This role is remote within Canada, specifically in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia.
