Overview
As a Revenue Technology Analyst on GitLab's Revenue Technology team, you will support and maintain the tech stack that powers their go-to-market teams, partner with various departments to identify process gaps, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool tech stack.
- Maintain a consistent business rhythm for end users, including provisioning, user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
- Support stakeholder requests and communication across the revenue technology stack.
- Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations; recommend improvements and assist with implementation.
- Coordinate with vendors for revenue technology tools, including procurement and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective tool implementation and reporting definitions.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools to improve efficiency.
- Document workflows and troubleshooting guides to enable self-service support in a remote environment.
- Leverage internal AI solutions to automate and streamline processes across GTM workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related fields supporting go-to-market teams.
- Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- Understanding of systems integrations, automations, permissions, and data management concepts.
- Experience leveraging AI in workflows to accelerate productivity.
- Ability to identify gaps in processes and implement practical improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Comfort in an all-remote, asynchronous work environment.
