RPA Engineer, UiPath @GitLab

Overview

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath to automate manual and repetitive processes. The Integration Engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery and quality of RPA automations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose automation solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure RPA automations are reusable building blocks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes.
• Communicate technical details clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peers on technical design proposals and participate in reviews.
• Deliver assigned automation projects end-to-end.
• Provide production support for live automations, including monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing RPA solutions.
• Stay updated with RPA trends and explore new features in UiPath.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of experience with UiPath and strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, best practices, and error management.
• Experience designing RPA solutions with UiPath across enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath's Agentic AI capabilities.
• Proficiency in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and SOX environment.
• Strong skills in data querying (SQL), programming (Python), and data visualization tools.
• Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• UiPath certifications are highly preferred.
