Salesforce Business Analyst @Axios

Overview

Axios is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to help build and scale its CRM, reporting, and analytics capabilities as part of the Revenue Operations team. This role involves administering the Salesforce Media Cloud instance and developing reporting and insights that turn revenue data into meaningful business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce Media Cloud, managing users, permissions, and automation.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and operational improvements.
• Build and optimize the Salesforce environment to support the evolving revenue organization.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses for visibility into business performance.
• Support data migration and ensure data quality across Salesforce.
• Automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Support sales planning and performance management.
• Troubleshoot user and system issues, recommend solutions, and support change management.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
• 1–2 years in sales operations or sales analytics.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or plans to obtain within the first year.
• Experience in building Salesforce solutions and managing data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
