Overview
Axios is a modern media company dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news content in an audience-first format. They are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the development and scaling of their CRM, reporting, and analytics capabilities as part of the Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Media Cloud, managing users, permissions, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Collaborate with Revenue Strategy & Enablement, Revenue Operations, and sales leadership to implement Salesforce solutions.
- Build and optimize the Salesforce environment for Axios’ sales processes.
- Develop reports and analyses to provide executives and sales leadership with visibility into performance and metrics.
- Ensure data quality and management across Salesforce.
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support sales planning and performance management, including reporting and analyses.
- Troubleshoot issues and support testing and change management for Salesforce enhancements.
- Create documentation and training materials to support user adoption of Salesforce functionalities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations or analytics.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or plans to obtain it within the first year.
- Experience with Salesforce implementation or expansion.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and customer-service mindset.
