    Overview

They are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the development and scaling of their CRM, reporting, and analytics capabilities as part of the Revenue Operations team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer Salesforce Media Cloud, managing users, permissions, reports, dashboards, and automation.
    • Collaborate with Revenue Strategy & Enablement, Revenue Operations, and sales leadership to implement Salesforce solutions.
    • Build and optimize the Salesforce environment for Axios’ sales processes.
    • Develop reports and analyses to provide executives and sales leadership with visibility into performance and metrics.
    • Ensure data quality and management across Salesforce.
    • Identify automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Support sales planning and performance management, including reporting and analyses.
    • Troubleshoot issues and support testing and change management for Salesforce enhancements.
    • Create documentation and training materials to support user adoption of Salesforce functionalities.

    Requirements

    • 1–2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
    • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations or analytics.
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or plans to obtain it within the first year.
    • Experience with Salesforce implementation or expansion.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce security and best practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication skills and customer-service mindset.
