Senior Analyst, Revenue Transformation @Figma

Overview

Figma is looking for a Senior Analyst, Revenue Transformation to join its team. The role involves building and scaling systems and processes for revenue generation and recognition, and partnering with various teams to implement revenue-impacting changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, perform, and review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for revenue-impacting system changes.
• Draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for Quote-to-Cash and revenue-systems initiatives.
• Support billing and revenue systems, integrations, and the Stripe third-party billing implementation.
• Strengthen controls and SOX compliance across revenue systems by identifying gaps.
• Integrate new revenue streams and acquisitions by implementing Q2C workflows and data flows.
• Validate system behavior and measure performance to support continuous improvement of the Q2C ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, revenue systems, Quote-to-Cash, or finance systems.
• Strong understanding of SaaS order-to-cash processes and ASC 606.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or major billing/ERP platforms like Stripe Billing or NetSuite.
• Experience in supporting UAT and defining business requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with attention to detail.
