Key Responsibilities

• Join one of Mercury's product groups such as Banking, Experiences, Expansion, or Risk.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of backend development experience.
• Knowledge of or excitement to learn Haskell and proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to empathize with users to build lovable products.
• Experience making architectural decisions and articulating technical opinions.
• Active incorporation of AI tools into workflow.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with peers and cross-functional teams.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $166,600 to $208,300 USD for US employees or $157,400 to $196,800 CAD for Canadian employees.
