Overview

Brex is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join its Design team, which focuses on creating impactful brand experiences. This role involves contributing to a variety of creative projects across marketing collateral and digital experiences in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate brand presence through social media, integrated campaigns, out-of-home marketing, and branded content.
• Support and refine the company’s visual identity system for consistency across channels.
• Design assets for campaigns, launches, social media, presentations, and emails.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create storytelling-driven visuals.
• Work with copywriters, motion designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality creative work.
• Push creative boundaries while aligning work with strategic goals.
• Show work and make decisions that turn ideas into business impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of brand design experience with agencies or in-house teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, concept-driven design work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High proficiency in typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy.
• Detail-oriented with an intentional approach to design.
• Strategic mindset regarding the impact of design on business and brand perception.
• Proficient in Figma.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $147,000 - $187,000, depending on the candidate's location, skills, experience, and market demands. Equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided.

Location

This role is hybrid and can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York, requiring three days per week in the office.
