    Overview

    Figma is seeking a Support Engineer for its AI Infrastructure & Tooling team to enhance the Product Support experience using AI and automation. This full-time role can be performed remotely within the United States or from one of the US hubs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows for Product Support.
    • Design and maintain integrations across Decagon, Zendesk, Figma admin tooling, and internal data sources.
    • Improve customer conversations by integrating relevant customer and account metadata.
    • Utilize LLMs and AI patterns for workflow automation and context enrichment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and implementation.
    • Establish quality checks and operational guardrails for AI workflows.
    • Define success metrics for workflows and iterate based on customer outcomes.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience with integrations, automations, or internal tools.
    • Strong proficiency in languages such as Ruby, Python, Go, or C++, and experience with APIs and data workflows.
    • Hands-on experience with LLM-powered workflows and AI automations.
    • Strong instincts for product development and stakeholder engagement.
    • Proven track record designing AI workflows with clear deployment practices.
