Technical Program Manager @Figma

Overview

Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join its Technology Services team. This role involves partnering with Business and Technology teams to lead cross-functional programs that are essential for scaling the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and deliver complex initiatives using strong TPM skills.
• Manage project alignment by guiding technical discussions and managing dependencies.
• Anticipate risks and blockers, escalate when necessary, and maintain momentum toward resolution.
• Build trusted partnerships across the organization to influence outcomes.
• Champion effective working methods by fostering collaboration and continuously improving practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program and project management experience in a cloud/SaaS environment.
• Ability to dive into technical details and adjust communication style for different audiences.
• Capable of thriving in ambiguity and creating clarity autonomously.
• Proven track record in building a culture of knowledge-sharing and transparency.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, GSuite, Zoom, Notion, Figma).
• Optional: PMP & Scrum Certifications.
• Optional: Experience with business systems that support QTC (billing platforms, Salesforce, NetSuite).
