Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Business leaders to identify opportunities for funnel optimization and customer experience improvements.
• Develop analytical frameworks for measuring product performance across the customer journey.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, conversion, engagement, and product adoption.
• Lead measurement planning for new product launches and experiments.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain foundational data assets and tracking strategies.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions that empower stakeholders.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices across the analytics organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
• Strong experience analyzing customer journeys and conversion funnels.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Strong communication skills to influence decisions through data.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
