Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive analytic insights and provide recommendations to support strategy development, optimization, budget, and P&L management.
• Manage performance metrics, including lead volumes, revenue, and margins.
• Analyze data attributes to identify trends and patterns, aiding revenue improvement and product development.
• Recommend strategies based on internal analysis, competitor research, and industry reports.
• Develop analytical frameworks and models to enhance company profit.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to grow business verticals through actionable analysis.
• Proficiently use in-house analytics tools for full-funnel performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, or a similar quantitative field.
• 3+ years of analytics experience with a focus on data-driven analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Excel, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Experience with large-scale consumer data sets and financial services analytics preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on approach.
