Overview

1Password is seeking a Senior Commercial Deal Desk Analyst to help build and scale its Commercial Deal Desk capability within Revenue Operations. This remote role, available to candidates in the United States and Canada, involves collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams on complex commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Managers, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on complex, high-impact deals.
• Advise on deal structure, pricing, terms, approvals, amendments, renewals, and other commercial considerations.
• Review and execute deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Build the foundations of the Commercial Deal Desk, including approval routing and documentation.
• Create playbooks and training materials to assist sales teams in navigating commercial processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI tooling.
• Use deal data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve deal quality and recommend changes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or a related B2B SaaS role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
• Strong understanding of commercial deal structures and pricing policy.
• Ability to build or improve processes and documentation in dynamic environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and commercial judgment.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve the quote-to-cash process is preferred.
