As a Senior Director of Revenue Analytics, you will lead a team of analytics professionals, shaping data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Revenue Analytics team, establishing standards and building capabilities to support growth.
- Support AI self-serve initiatives with certified data sets and metric definitions.
- Build insights using AI tools and legacy BI solutions.
- Own the analytics roadmap to enhance sales productivity and revenue performance.
- Develop forecasting, pipeline, capacity, and predictive models to improve planning and resource allocation.
- Implement customer lifecycle analytics to boost onboarding, product adoption, and retention.
- Create executive artifacts and strategic analyses connecting various performance metrics.
- Establish data governance frameworks for reliable insights and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience leading analytics teams in relevant environments.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS business models and revenue metrics.
- Experience with consumption-based metrics.
- Ability to develop strategic analytics roadmaps and influence decisions.
- Proficiency in customer success and sales analytics.
- Skilled in handling large datasets and developing analytical frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency with AI and Business Intelligence tools, SQL, and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms and product analytics tools is a plus.
