Juniper Square is a technology platform for private markets, serving over 2,300 general partners with a portfolio of services that includes fund administration. The company is looking for a Senior Events Manager to lead event strategy and execution across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the performance of an asset-class portfolio, ensuring it meets pipeline goals.
• Design and execute events that align with business objectives and audience needs.
• Manage all aspects of events, including objectives, audience, format, budget, and execution.
• Measure event performance and outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for future events.
• Maintain accurate data and ensure follow-through post-events to capture opportunities created.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in managing B2B events or similar roles.
• Strong commercial orientation with experience in pipeline or revenue accountability.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and push back on low-value work.
• Competence with Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and event technology.
• Willingness to travel for on-site event execution.
