Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of product features and participate in small to medium project self-organization.
• Work autonomously within a close-knit team, fostering a startup-like environment.
• Collaborate with designers and product leaders to deliver enjoyable user experiences.
• Join experienced product engineers in various groups such as Banking, Experiences, Expansion, or Risk.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of full-stack development experience.
• Knowledge of or eagerness to learn Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Empathy for users and the ability to create products that resonate with them.
• Ability to balance tradeoffs and devise creative solutions to challenges.
• Experience with incorporating AI tools into development workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with peers and cross-functional teams.
