Overview

1Password is seeking a Senior GTM Engineering Analyst to join their remote team in the United States or Canada. The role focuses on building AI agents, data products, and analysis workflows to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of global go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect information across business systems and automate repetitive processes.
• Create reliable insights for leaders across Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, and Channel.
• Build AI agents for preparing briefs, drafting follow-ups, ranking target accounts, and flagging deals needing attention.
• Create reports, alerts, and briefs for sales leadership.
• Partner with various teams to define clear technical requirements and improve data quality and decision-making.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or data analysis.
• Experience with AI agents or workflows powered by large language models.
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and statistics.
• Ability to document and improve business processes.
