Overview
Mercury is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to support the modernization and optimization of its HR technology landscape. This role involves collaborating with HR and Compensation business leaders and leveraging Workday expertise to enhance employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Evaluate and recommend Workday compensation designs aligned with organizational growth.
- Configure compensation grades, profiles, salary ranges, and annual merit cycles.
- Develop and maintain HR and Compensation Workday reports and dashboards.
- Support Workday security configurations for new implementations and acquisitions.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and testing.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement AI-driven solutions within Workday.
- Support additional Workday modules as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of Workday functional experience, with 3+ years supporting HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Experience with organizational changes, acquisitions, and global expansion.
- Expertise in Workday security configurations and business processes.
- Experience in building Workday reports and compensation structures.
