Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager @GitLab

Overview

GitLab is looking for a Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager to join its Ecosystem Operations team. This role combines deep operational governance across GitLab's AWS and GCP partnerships with the successful execution of hyperscaler operational initiatives, serving as the operational architect of the hyperscaler go-to-market strategy and the primary process owner for marketplace, co-sell, and funding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, oversee, and continuously improve end-to-end marketplace operational processes, including private offer management and third-party integrations.
• Own operational execution of hyperscaler funding initiatives such as AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement and GCP Marketplace Commit to Consume Program, including milestone tracking and deal registration.
• Serve as the escalation point for marketplace and funding operations, resolving complex issues that span multiple systems or stakeholders.
• Administer hyperscaler platforms, maintaining system health and data integrity across all tools and integrations.
• Identify and build AI agents to automate repetitive workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing operational throughput.
• Drive operational strategy for hyperscaler funding initiatives, translating partnership objectives into revenue plays.
• Design, document, and govern hyperscaler operational processes, owning and maintaining process maps and training materials.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cloud marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with Tackle.io or equivalent cloud marketplace management platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and AWS/GCP marketplace mechanics.
• Experience managing hyperscaler funding initiatives and familiarity with B2B SaaS channel operations.
• Demonstrated ability to design complex operational processes and resolve ambiguous issues.
