Senior Internal Communications Manager @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is looking for a Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications to join their Employee Experience team. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, communication, and community at Fivetran.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework.
• Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences.
• Support leadership on change and reorganization communications.
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels such as email and Slack.
• Design and run an employee listening framework to gauge the effectiveness of communications.
• Build and document a company-wide recognition framework.
• Identify and help launch culture initiatives based on company values.
• Analyze and present data to tell a clear story about organizational metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Experience designing employee listening programs and recognition programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience presenting data effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and lead projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in best practices across internal communication channels.
