Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their Employee Experience team. This role focuses on improving employee experience through effective communication strategies and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the internal communications strategy, calendar, and distribution framework.
• Produce engaging content for internal audiences and ensure clear messaging on company updates.
• Support leadership communications during changes and reorganizations.
• Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan.
• Design and implement an employee listening framework to gather feedback.
• Create a company-wide recognition framework and integrate it into existing tools.
• Launch culture initiatives based on company values and report on their success.
• Plan and execute company events and community programming.
• Analyze and present data from employee feedback to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Ability to write clear and effective communications.
• Experience designing employee recognition and feedback programs.
• Proven ability to manage and execute company-wide events.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work across all organizational levels.
