Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications to join their Employee Experience team. This role focuses on crafting compelling communications for employees, building frameworks for community engagement, and supporting an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and distribution framework.
• Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences.
• Support leadership on change and reorg communications.
• Design and run employee listening initiatives.
• Build a recognition framework and integrate it into everyday tools.
• Launch culture initiatives grounded in company values.
• Analyze and present data to inform decisions.
• Plan and deliver company events with defined goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Proven experience in designing feedback programs and employee recognition.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-collaboratively with varied teams.
