The role involves joining Fivetran's Employee Experience team as a Senior Internal Communications Manager. This position focuses on enhancing employee experience and internal communications by designing frameworks, crafting communications, and implementing recognition and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy and manage the distribution framework across various channels.
• Write and edit engaging content for internal audiences.
• Support leadership with change communications to ensure transparency.
• Design and manage employee listening frameworks, including feedback mechanisms.
• Build and document a recognition framework across the company.
• Identify and help launch culture initiatives aligning with company values.
• Design a connection framework for events and community programming.
• Analyze data to tell a story that drives decisions regarding internal communications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in designing feedback programs.
• Experience in running recognition programs and planning events for distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills to present data effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and execute independently as a senior contributor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
