Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join its Employee Experience team. This role will focus on enhancing employee experience through effective communication, recognition programs, and community initiatives, supporting Fivetran's mission to make data access reliable and straightforward.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy and manage content for various internal channels.
• Support leadership during change communications and maintain transparency.
• Design and implement employee listening frameworks to gather feedback and improve communications.
• Develop company-wide recognition programs and integrate them into daily processes.
• Identify and execute culture initiatives aligned with company values.
• Analyze engagement and participation data to drive organizational improvements.
• Plan and deliver company events promoting connection and community.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in feedback or survey programs and employee recognition initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data to tell compelling stories.
• Experience working collaboratively with various levels of management.
• Understanding of the interplay between communications, culture, and leadership.
