Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their Employee Experience team. This role focuses on crafting compelling communications and designing initiatives that enhance the employee experience, foster community, and align with the company mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy and distribution framework across the People and COO organizations.
• Write and edit engaging content for internal audiences.
• Support leadership in change communications to ensure transparency.
• Manage internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack).
• Design and run an employee listening framework, establishing feedback mechanisms.
• Build and document a company-wide recognition framework.
• Identify and launch culture initiatives based on company values.
• Plan and deliver company events and community programming.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and present insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Experience in designing employee listening programs.
• Proven experience in running recognition programs.
• Capability in planning company-wide events.
• Strong analytical skills for presenting data insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
