Senior IT Systems Engineer @Fullstory

Overview

Fullstory is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to join its team. This hybrid role involves managing identity, device management, collaboration platforms, and automation tools, requiring in-office attendance one day per week at the Atlanta office.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Okta and build automation in Okta Workflows, including SSO app configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage the MacOS fleet using an MDM platform, including device lifecycle management and compliance scripting.
• Write and maintain bash and Python scripts for endpoint automation and compliance checks.
• Administer the Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira) and write internal documentation.
• Configure and maintain AI tooling in the enterprise stack and build setup scripts for AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or administration.
• Hands-on experience with Okta administration and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with a MacOS MDM platform, including scripting against its API.
• Experience administering Atlassian tools, particularly Confluence and Jira.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash for scripting automation.
• Hands-on experience with integrating AI tools into workflows.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field.

Location
