Overview
The Senior Lead, Enterprise Partnerships & Strategy role at MZLA offers an opportunity to help shape the enterprise strategy for Thunderbird and its services. MZLA is a nonprofit corporation under the Mozilla family, focused on building privacy-respecting tools for communication and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute an enterprise strategy across MZLA’s products and services.
- Translate digital sovereignty priorities into enterprise and partnership requirements.
- Identify and advance enterprise opportunities and strategic partnerships, particularly in Europe.
- Develop commercial models including pricing, packaging, and revenue-sharing.
- Support partner negotiations and senior-level commercial discussions.
- Work with product and engineering teams to understand capabilities and roadmap dependencies.
- Build processes and frameworks that support repeatable execution.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software or related technology products.
- Experience in a partner-led environment and with European enterprises.
- Strong understanding of digital sovereignty considerations.
- Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering and product teams.
- Strong executive communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to navigate between strategy and execution.
- Willingness to travel periodically, including internationally.
