Mercury is a fintech company seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Cards & Credit team. The role involves addressing complex product problems and shaping intuitive experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own meaningful Cards & Credit product problems from initial framing through shipped experience, partnering closely with Product and Engineering.
• Transform complicated systems, requirements, and edge cases into user-friendly experiences.
• Work across the design stack, including problem framing, concept exploration, detailed interactions, visual design, prototyping, and implementation.
• Question inherited assumptions and design from first principles.
• Enhance the Cards & Credit experience with high-quality interaction and visual design.
• Collaborate with the Brand team on physical cards and related products to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Develop a profound understanding of customers and effectively communicate your design decisions.
